If your like me and you use Twitter constantly throughout the day you probably have a favorite method of updating your tweets, mines Twhirl, if I’m using my Mac (or Tweetie if I’m on my iPhone). Whilst installing an app doesn’t take that long it still requires disk space and processing power to run them. But now there is a new site which does pretty much everything an app does (updates by itself to get new messages etc) but from your favorite browser! Let me introduce you to Twitscoop!
On first look it may just seem like it updates your messages but there is more. On the right is the current trends which are continuously getting bigger or smaller depending on how much they are being talked about. It is a really cool feature especially during peak twitter times. Also some shortened URL links have a orange stats button next to them which allows you to see how many people have clicked on this link. This is a useful little tool as it quickly allows you to track how popular your links are which may help you to write more catchy tweets in the future to get more clicks.
They are just a couple of features but there are loads more. To really get the most from it I suggest you head over there now and try it out for yourself!
Also why not follow me on Twitter
